Description

This course offers a full-body workout that combines gentle dance movement sequences with classical strengthening exercises. It is aimed at beginners with no previous experience in contemporary or modern dance who are curious to get to know these dance styles. In addition to strengthening strength and flexibility, it trains body awareness and spatial awareness as well as promoting coordination and the harmonious integration of different movement sequences.
