Description
The cervical syndrome (CVS) group training aims to alleviate discomfort in the neck and shoulder area, strengthen the muscles and improve the mobility of the cervical spine: “neck reset”. This training is particularly helpful for people who suffer from chronic neck pain, tension or restricted mobility. Under the guidance of an experienced trainer, specific exercises are carried out to mobilize and relax the neck muscles.
