Biography
Stefan discovered his motivation to inspire people to move and to support them on their path to greater activity and well-being at an early age. Both in sport and in everyday life, he attaches great importance to efficiency and a keen eye for detail in order to get the best out of every movement.
After training in a technical profession, he gained experience in various working environments, both in the office and in production, and then completed his A-levels in health and social care. He also attended two semesters of lectures and exercises in the field of medical technology.
This technical background has given Stefan a deep understanding of how the human body moves based on its biomechanics and how targeted movement can contribute to functional improvements.
His physiotherapeutic interest lies particularly in recognizing functional relationships and patients to perform movements efficiently, pain-free and with pleasure.
