About Dominic Boesch
He is a passionate occupational therapist who strives to promote the best possible potential of his patients. Through his international experience in Spain, Switzerland and Austria, he has learned how manual techniques, modern technologies and targeted training can be effectively combined to help people regain their independence in everyday life and their mobility in the long term.

- Neurological clinical pictures: Holistic occupational therapy treatment for various neurological conditions (stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, etc.), functional training (sensorimotor, cognitive), practical everyday training, advice on aids, etc.
- Orthopaedic clinical pictures: Improving coordination, reducing pain, imparting knowledge about joint protection and ergonomics.
- Geriatric clinical pictures: Support in coping with everyday life and maintaining/improving independence through individual training of physical and mental abilities, advice on aids, living space analysis, etc.
- Stroke: A sudden circulatory disruption in the brain caused by a blockage or bursting of a blood vessel. This interruption means that brain cells are no longer supplied with sufficient oxygen and nutrients and die.

Biography
He began his professional career by studying occupational therapy in Spain (Universidad de Granada & Universidad Rey Juan Carlos). At the same time, he is deepening his specialist knowledge with ongoing studies in psychology.
Professionally, he has specialized intensively in the interface between therapy and technology:
- Clinical experience: Worked as an occupational therapist in outpatient robotics centers (e.g. Tech 2 People, Vienna) and in specialized rehabilitation clinics in Switzerland and Spain.
- Technological expertise: use of state-of-the-art therapy devices such as Tyromotion, Lokomat, C-Mill and Myro.
- Research & Development: Collaboration on projects for app development for therapists and data analysis (Python/SQL) to optimize therapy outcomes.
- Further training: Certifications in Halliwick water therapy, therapeutic climbing and virtual reality in neurorehabilitation, among others.
- Master’s degree: Currently in the final semester of the Master’s degree in Health Assisting Engineering.
In addition to his therapeutic work, he is passionate about innovations such as 3D printing and prototyping in order to develop individual solutions for patients. He is currently also CEO of the start-up Oraisis.
