Biography

Christina’s professional career is characterized by a sound physiotherapeutic education as well as continuous further training and specialization in classical and holistic treatment concepts. These include manual therapy, lymphatic drainage and sports physiotherapy, supplemented by the Brügger concept as well as craniosacral energy work, aromatherapy and moxibustion.
A central focus of her work was the training of prospective physiotherapists and masseurs at a vocational college. There she was responsible for teaching complex technical content and for supporting and developing the students on their professional path.
Her work in the children’s hospice sector also shaped her therapeutic approach. Accompanying children and their families in sensitive phases of their lives has given her a lasting understanding of the individuality of each person and of mindfulness and deep respect in interpersonal contact. This experience has been a key factor in her therapeutic work.

She works with a holistic view of people and combines conventional medical knowledge with a keen sense of individual needs. Her goal is to accompany people in different phases of life respectfully, effectively and with heart and to support them on their way to more freedom from pain.
Exercise also plays a central role in her private life: as a mother of two children, an active lifestyle is an important balance for her. She enjoys running and cycling and regularly incorporates yoga and functional strength training to promote balance and prevention.
