Biography
Antonia specializes in orthopaedics and geriatrics, although she also treats patients with neurological, cardiological or pulmonary secondary diagnoses. Thanks to her osteopathy studies, she is particularly interested in the biomechanical relationships in the body. Her greatest concern is to convey the joy of movement to people – regardless of age or ability.
Her passion for movement began early on with creative sports such as partner and aerial acrobatics as well as dancing. Outside of physiotherapy, she also loves working with her hands, whether crocheting, knotting or making wire jewelry. Good, healthy food, spending time in nature and spending time with loved ones are particularly important to her.
After graduating from high school, she initially decided to attend a circus school in Spain to hone her acrobatic skills. There she realized how essential physiotherapy is for many people and then began her studies at the IMC FH Krems. During her training, she repeatedly realized how enriching it is to inspire others to move and to enable them to achieve physical well-being.
She gained her first professional experience at the OptimaMed orthopaedic rehabilitation center in Perchtoldsdorf. She has been an enthusiastic cooperation partner at Heimphysio and Mediphysio since 2023 and is also completing her master’s degree in osteopathy at the IAO.
